We were so lucky to host our wedding at the beautiful EarthHouse. Munro has designed an incredible venue with an atmosphere and style that you could imagine being in the depths of Tuscany in Europe!

From the big fig tree, to the immaculate lawns and views through to the beautiful space inside the venue – everything was perfect.

Earth House is such a beautiful location, my husband and I can’t recommend it enough! The view/sunset is amazing after morning rain and makes for great photos. We didn’t know what to expect on our wedding day but it exceeded all expectations!

Earth House is a dream wedding location.

We finally had our wedding here after lots of drama (due to COVID) trying to organise it, the actual day went perfectly.

All of our guests commented what a beautiful venue and setting it was. It is an amazing blank canvas for your vendors but the natural beauty of the location is the most special part.

Munro was the most gracious host, you can tell he pours his heart into this venue. Throughout postponements and state border uncertainties he was so accommodating and kind, making a stressful situation so much easier.

Could not recommend Earth House – and generally Byron Bay wedding vendors – more highly!

Wow. Were do you start, Earthhouse is everything you could expect and more!

From breathtaking views overlooking the farm and valley, to the beautiful picturesque landscaped gardens, this venue is the perfect place to host your wedding, take a private getaway plus more.

Munro the owner is such a kind and friendly personality and his hospitality exceeds all expectations. It was an absolute honor and pleasure to have hired Munro’s venue for our wedding. We could not be more grateful for the way things ran on the day and we are beyond appreciative of this magnificent venue and what it and Munro has to offer.

We will be recommending this venue to friends and family and would happily return to reminisce and enjoy this beauty in the future.

The Earth House is such a spectacular location, which is made even better with the absolutely incredible Munro, Earth House owner.

Going through covid and going ahead with our wedding with the constantly changing restrictions was made incredibly easy with the support of Munro and his team. Every question or enquiry we had, Munro was able to get an answer to us quickly. The communication was fantastic.

Many of our guests commented on the incredible beauty of the EarthHouse, it is such a picturesque, dreamy location and I can’t recommend it more. If you’re thinking about getting married here, you would be silly not to.

Literally the most beautiful venue for a wedding.

The Green Hills of the hinterland give the venue such an amazing wow factor.

Having your guests all arrive together in a bus is a great idea, as it really sets the scene for a proper celebration.

Munro was amazing from the first time we met him until the day and the day after. All the staff made us and our guests feel so welcome and provided such a special day that we’ll never forget.

The main building looked great and when the sun went down the space took on a whole new dimension and just capped off an amazing night.

Our guests loved the cocktail bar and always had a drink in hand as the service was so good. Munro and the guys captured the beautiful relaxed atmosphere of Byron we were hoping for. What a venue!

From the second we drove into the driveway at EarthHouse, we knew it was the one.

The venue is so very well kept and designed. It is a location that you feel completely in awe of from the moment you see the big fig tree, to the row of lemon and lime trees, to the well-manicured lawns and to the EarthHouse itself. And as much as the photos do it justice, nothing compares to when you are there!

Walking under that big fig and witnessing that view, we were left speechless in its beauty, pinching ourselves that this place actually existed.

The EarthHouse itself has history and a beautiful sentimental story behind it and the craftsmanship behind the build is remarkable. We fell in love right there and then.

EarthHouse is PERFECTLY paired with owner, Munro. You can feel Munro’s generosity and genuineness from the moment you meet him. More so, Munro’s passion behind his work and the desire to make sure your wedding day is perfect is felt instantly and written all over his face. We absolutely adore Munro.

Thank you so much Munro for allowing us to use this unique, picturesque, stunning property for our wedding and thank you for being the person that we worked with. You were always so approachable, responsive, supportive and open to our ideas and brought our vision to life. Without hesitation, you offered your time when we needed help and we are forever grateful for the experience we shared at EarthHouse.

I am often finding myself trying to use any excuse to come down and be present at the location as the serenity and calmness you have created there is truly a home away from home and a getaway from the hustle and bustle of Brisbane.

The Earth House was the perfect venue for our wedding!

Munro and Jackie were a pleasure to deal with and made sure our day went off without a hitch.

The rolling hinterland hills provided an amazing back drop for our ceremony, and the converted barn house was an incredible location for the reception. All of guests commented on how beautiful it was!

We stayed at the on site cottage accommodation on the evening of the wedding, which was equally as beautiful and allowed us to relax and unwind after a busy day.

We would highly recommend the Earth House if you are after a tranquil yet stunning wedding venue.

It was absolutely the best day of our lives.

The venue is such a beautiful place, the gardens were immaculate and  looking out into the valley from under the fig tree was really special on the day.

That night we had a beautiful reception inside the EarthHouse, which looked amazing with our flower arrangements hanging from the big wooden beams, and a wood fire burning in the fireplace.

In the lead up to the wedding, Munro Black, the venue owner, was a pleasure to deal with. He was always very happy to help with recommendations and answered our many questions during the planning process. 

On the day the owner, Munro, was present, very organised and professional.

We had everything we could have hoped for on such an important day in our lives and would highly recommend EarthHouse for a wedding or special occasion – its such a special place.

This is the perfect wedding venue.

It is so romantic and elegant. Simply perfect for having ceremony and reception all in the one place. The structure itself is so beautifully built, you could just put table and chairs in it and it would be perfect.

The owner Munro takes such pride in his property and it really shows. It is great to have the venue for three days so you have time to set up and pack up the following day.

Our guests were blown away by the venue and view – it is a beautiful gem in the Byron hinterland. It will always be a special place for us. Thank you!

We absolutely fell in love with the EarthHouse and from the moment we stepped foot on the property it took our breath away.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to be married at the EarthHouse, overlooking the beautiful hinterland valley, under the 100-year-old fig tree.

It was pure perfection which felt just like a dream – we couldn’t have asked for anything more, surrounded by our close family and friends.

EarthHouse provided the most picturesque location to make all those special moments into lifelong memories.

The grounds are perfectly maintained and the venue itself was extremely clean and stocked with all the necessities.

The owner, Munro, was so helpful every step of the way and that made us feel very confident that everything would run smoothly and it totally did! He recommended suppliers which we found to be extremely high quality and professional and was there on the day to oversee it all.

There is no other property in Byron that can offer what you do – a 100-year-old fig tree, with a back drop of rolling hills, outstanding facilities, all decorated with amazing attention to detail.
